For past 4 years, I was far from front end development that means to create website from scratch. Sometime I have developed only javascript and html part for the ad space and specialized system development for business. So I just restarted to study front web development, especially Responsive Web Design. PC Browser era is coming to the end gradually. Every front web designer can not avoid the trend.
But Web Standard W3C and Web Browser is standardizing Media Queries and CSS3 Definition. It would make them be happy.
